The Technology Enhanced Learning Unit is part of the Education & Training department at LSTM.

Virtual Learning Environment (Brightspace)

Brightspace is LSTM’s Virtual Learning Environment and is used to provide support at both course and programme level and is at the core of the learning experience for our students.

Assessment management tool (Turnitin)

Turnitin is a sector leading electronic assessment management and plagiarism detection service. At LSTM all written student assignments are submitted anonymously using this tool.

Video recording, management and distribution tool (Panopto)

Panopto is a video recording, management and distribution tool available to staff and students at LSTM for the creation and sharing of video content.

ePortfolio

An e-portfolio is a purposeful aggregation of digital items – ideas, evidence, reflections, feedback etc, which ‘presents’ a selected audience with evidence of a person’s learning and/or ability.
