This project, designed in partnership with the GFA Consulting Group, aims to enhance the quality of emergency obstetric and neonatal care through improving quality of processes; building personal skills and competencies of clinical as well as managerial staff; and enhancing the personal and institutional capacity to deliver high quality pre- and in-service training and care.
LSTM provided technical expertise in terms of designing and implementing innovative MNH interventions in four provinces of the country, focusing on capacity building of health care workers and on the introduction and/or strengthening of quality improvement approaches at districts and facilities level.
