Workpackage 6 will build on Workpackage 2-5 and will consist of the design, protocol development and conduction of a clinical trial to assess the test combinations identified by the models for the diagnosis of TB in Nigeria and Ethiopia. This will be a randomised study comparing a combination of a rapid triage test, followed by a selection of two confirmatory tests. The study will start in August 2018.
