Annabel Murphy obtained a BSc in combined honours Biological Sciences from the University of Liverpool in 2011 and an MSc in Molecular Biology of Parasites and Disease Vectors from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine in 2013. She has previously worked in the Vector Group investigating ‘appropriate tests for the evaluation of behavioural, delayed and sub-lethal effects of insecticides on mosquitoes’ funded by the Gates Foundation.
Currently she works as part of the Liverpool Insect Testing Establishment (LITE) as a Research Assistant on a range of projects related to insecticide resistance in mosquito vectors of malaria in development by the Innovative Vector Control Consortium (IVCC).
