Africa Oyé, the UK’s largest annual free celebration of African music and culture is taking place this weekend in Sefton Park in Liverpool.
Over 40 stalls selling food, drink, arts and crafts and fashion from Africa will be present at the Oyé village, also present will be LSTM’s A·WOL Consortium who will be demonstrating their research into the development of new drugs against onchocerciasis and lymphatic filariasis through family-friendly interactive activities.
Come along to support the A·WOL Consortium, who will be in the Active Zone in Sefton Park on Sunday 18th June from midday until 5pm.
