On-street electric vehicle charging points
LSTM do not currently have a charging point for staff, student, or visitor use. Liverpool City Council is installing EV charging points across the city.

By train
LSTM is a fifteen minute walk from Lime Street Station, with frequent local and national direct train services. London is just over two hours away by train. For details of timetables, tickets and other rail information, please call National Rail Enquiries.
From the Lime Street exit, turn right at the bottom of the stairs and walk along Lime Street, past the Empire Theatre, turning right into London Road. Continue up London Road, crossing over Seymour Street and staying on the right hand side. At the top of the hill is a large glass building, the Centre for Tropical and Infectious Diseases, with Well Travelled Clinics Ltd on the opposite side. Main reception is located at the end of this building, with revolving and accessible door entry.
By bicycle
LSTM supports cycling as a healthy and more environmentally friendly alternative to other means of transportation. Across our campus we have a number of secured cycle storage areas (many of which are monitored by CCTV), as well as changing rooms and lockers for students, staff, and visitors upon request – call in at reception or phone: +44(0)151 705 3100 or email to enquire.

By e-scooters
Thanks to a joint initiative run by Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, Liverpool City Council and e-scooter company VOI, you can hire an e-scooter in Liverpool city centre at key travel hubs. More information about this scheme is available from the Liverpool City Council.

By Air
Liverpool and Manchester airports are both within easy reach and provide a range of scheduled and budget airline connections.
Liverpool John Lennon Airport is less than ten miles from LSTM. An express bus service leaves the airport for Liverpool City Centre (AirLink 500) every half hour and stops on London Road and at Lime Street Station. An express service to Liverpool South Parkway rail interchange (AirLink 501) leaves every twenty minutes.

Manchester Airport is some 30 miles to the east of LSTM. There are direct trains and coach services to Liverpool from the airport.
