This one-day meeting was organised in association with Public Health England and Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, and brought together over 300 microbiologists, consultants in infectious disease, infection control nurses and biomedical and clinical scientists to hear updates on recent 'hot topics' in all aspects of infectious disease.
