LSTM has been championing and celebrating the work of our Early Career Researchers, this month, as part of Post Doc Appreciation and Technician Appreciation Weeks.
The ECR network held a day of panel discussions on career pathways for postdocs - in the Higher Education Sector and beyond. Meanwhile, LSTM’s technicians organised a series of demonstrations of some of the techniques they use in their roles, to stimulate collaboration and raise awareness of the diverse and critical contributions they make to the work of LSTM. Research Group Leaders have been invited to send messages of appreciation to ECRs in their own groups, and some of these messages can be viewed below:
