Radio Merseyside's Tony Snell spoke to LSTM’s Janet Hemingway, Professor of Vector Biology, on Radio Merseyside on the 29th June.

Janet spoke about the recent announcement that an LSTM-led consortium has received £18.6m from UK Research and Innovation Strength in Places Fund to deliver integrated therapeutic solutions for human infections. This grant recognises the region’s existing strengths in this area and has already generated guarantees of around £90m for pilot projects eager to use the new platform.
