Ravi joined LSTM in August 2023 as a Trial Coordinator in the Global Health Trial Unit (GHTU) working originally on the BabyGel study - " A cluster randomised trial to evaluate the effectiveness of household alcohol-based handrub for the prevention of sepsis, diarrhoea and pneumonia in Ugandan infants.

Ravi has completed a BSc (Hons) in Medical Biochemistry from The University of Manchester in 2021, and then went on to complete an MSc in Pharmacology and Drug Development at Hull York Medical School in 2022. Ravi then joined a CRO working as a Associate Study Manager developing new skills and learning more about clinical research. Ravi then moved to LSTM where he is currently working on BabyGel, and supporting on a plethora of other studies at the GHTU which are located in LMICs and within UK too.
