Dr Himani Taneja

Post-Doctoral Research Associate

I hold a PhD in Bioremediation from Canterbury Christ Church University, a master’s degree in industrial biotechnology from Liverpool John Moores University, and bachelor’s degrees in Biology, Chemistry, and Education from HNBGU.

From May 2024, I have been involved in LSTM’s Insecticide Resistance Prediction Platform (IRPP) project, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Under Dr. Hanafy M. Ismail's guidance, my research focuses on chemical proteomics and in-vitro characterization of resistance candidates to understand resistance mechanisms in malaria vectors against next-generation insecticides.
