The Human Resources team is responsible for providing a comprehensive and co-ordinated HR service to LSTM and its subsidiary companies. By providing strategic and operational support which is consistent with employment legislation and best practice we work closely with all areas of the organisation to deliver an integrated approach to HR.
In order to achieve this we need to recruit highly skilled people with high standards, with a strong desire to deliver consistently. The HR team works with managers in workforce planning to assist in these areas.
We aim to provide a professional service in the following areas:
- All aspects of human resources strategy, policy and staff management
- Workforce planning
- All aspects of the recruitment, assessment and the advertising process
- Remuneration reviews
- The preparation and issue of all offers of appointment and associated documentation
- Terms and conditions of employment, equal opportunities and diversity, grievance, discipline and employment legislation
- Performance Management and appraisal
- Training, development and related activity
