To manage and distribute communications, we use MailChimp (provided by Intuit Inc.) as our email marketing platform. MailChimp processes data on our behalf and may store data on servers located in the United States. All third-party providers we use are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

How long we keep your information

We will retain your personal information for 12 months from the date of your initial enquiry or your last engagement with our communications, whichever is later. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised. If you have not engaged with our communications during this time, we may contact you to ask whether you wish to remain on our list before deleting your details.
