Advancing academic knowledge and tackling complex global health challenges requires contributions across the research ecosystem.

We foster a research culture that champions inclusivity, equitable partnerships, integrity, and positive impact. Our approach reflects LSTM’s values and our commitment to ethical research, mutual learning, and global collaboration.

We recognise the historical power imbalances in global health and academic research that continue to disadvantage partners in the majority world. We work to address these inequalities through reflection, learning, and by prioritising fairness in research and how its benefits are shared.
