Board of Trustees

Our Board of Trustees is responsible for the governance of LSTM.

Our independent trustees have extensive experience across business, law, finance, politics, higher education and the public sector, in the UK and internationally. Two trustees, including the Vice-Chancellor, are members of LSTM staff.

The Board works closely with the management team to shape LSTM’s strategy and oversee its delivery. Day-to-day implementation remains the responsibility of the Vice-Chancellor and Senior Leadership Team.

The Board is accountable to LSTM members and reports to the Charity Commission.
