Professional Diploma in Tropical Nursing Information Session – 22 June 2026

Event

Monday 22 June 2026 1-1.30pm

Join us to find out more about our on-campus Diploma in Tropical Nursing for a September start.

As a nurse, midwife or allied health professional, you can make a huge contribution to the health, wellbeing and prosperity of some of the poorest populations in the world, by combining your experience with the specialised tools you will gain from the diploma.

The Diploma in Tropical Nursing will help you develop your analytical, problem-solving and practical nursing skills. You’ll focus on clinical learning and also build your competence in areas such as leadership, quality improvement, strategy development and resilience strategies. You’ll develop the tools to help you respond to the demands of working in humanitarian settings and low-and middle-income countries, where resources are limited. It will prepare you to deliver specialised care competently and confidently, helping communities to thrive in challenging situations.

You’ll hear from the Director of Studies, Terry Kana.
